Uche Nwosu arrives Abuja ahead of Imo Guber Election Tribunal Judgement

The governorship candidate of Action Alliance (AA) in the March 9 election in Imo state, Uche Nwosu has been spotted as he and his entourage arrive Abuja ahead of the judgement of Imo governorship Election Petitions Tribunal.

Uche Nwosu of AA, Hope Uzodinma of APC, Ifeanyi Ararume of APGA had all submitted petitions, challenging the declaration of Governor Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP as the winner of the Guber election.

The contenders: Ihedioha, Nwosu, Ararume and Uzodinma

Imo Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal which was inaugurated in Owerri as its area of jurisdiction was relocated to Abuja for final judgement after months of rigorous submission of petitions, public hearing, presentation and cross-examination of witnesses, presentation of evidences and defenses from all parties.

The tension is high in Imo state as citizens await tribunal judgement which will be sitting at Federal Capital Territory High Court, Jabi, Abuja tomorrow, Saturday, 21st September, 2019 at 9:00am.
