A 100 level political science student of Imo State University (IMSU) named Chukwuemeka Iwuanyawu has been confirmed dead.
Chukwuemeka was one of the six persons injured at IMSU junction in Owerri in the trailer accident we reported last week where a trailer headed towards Orji rammed into cars parked by the road. Read about the accident here.
The promising Political Science student was operated on the head due to the injury he got from the accident. He died yesterday, Wednesday, 15th May. His mother confirmed his death about 5pm yesterday.
