An angry Twitter user, known as AloyDspeaker has put Mbaise people on blast over their huge marriage rite requirements.
In the video he shared online, Aloy is furious as he narrated his experience when he followed his relative to go and marry a bride from Mbaise in Imo state.
According to him, they made contribution and arrived there with a lorry of items listed for the marriage rites. Yet, Mbaise people kept on making financial demands through the different stages of the rites. He also blamed the expensive nature of the marriage rites as reason they have many unmarried young men and women in the area.
