Celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo has also condemned the arrest and detention of D’banj’s rape accuser.
Recall that a Nigerian lady, Seyitan Babatayo who accused singer, Dapo Oyebanjo aka D’banj, of raping her at Glee hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, in 2018, was arrested and allegedly forced to delete her statement by the singer’s team.
The ordeals of of Seyitan has drawn a lot of attention from Nigerians who took to social media to slam D’banj for allegedly oppressing his accuser without allowing justice to be served properly.
D’banj and Seyitan Some celebrities have also spoken up against the use of oppression to silence victims.
Reacting to the incident, Busola Dakolo who is also a rape victim and also fighting to get justice against Pastor Biodun Fatayinbo of COZA, said:
