Breaking: Two feared dead as police, IPOB clash in Enugu

Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and policemen clashed in Enugu state on Sunday, causing palpable tension in the area.

According to The PUNCH, two persons have already lost their lives in the clash. And, many members of IPOB were also left with different degrees of injury.

An eyewitness said over 10 IPOB members were arrested.

The Enugu Police command is yet to speak on the incident as calls to the Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe, were not successful as of the time of filling this report.
