Nollywood actress, Chika Ike is marking her 35th birthday today. And she has revealed why she didn’t buy herself a Rolls-Royce Phantom which she previously wanted.
The talented actress who is into real estate and also owns a luxury boutique in Abuja disclosed that time and exposure have taught her to invest wisely.
According to her, it was part of her vision to get herself a Rolls-Royce Phantom on her 35th birthday but has changed her mind to rather invest in real estate which appreciates in value than adding a Rolls-Royce Phantom to her fleet of luxury cars.
She wrote:
Going over my vision book, I wrote five years ago. It reads “buy yourself a Rolls-Royce Phantom for your 35th birthday gift” and add it to your luxury car collection; now my new mindset is different just cancelled and replaced it with “buy yourself houses as gifts and add it to your real estate portfolio”… Time and exposure can really change one’s mindset. Now I’m thinking towards appreciating assets not depreciating liabilities.
