Pastor Adeboye ignites fresh controversy, tells Sons not to marry a lady who Can’t Cook

The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye has ignited a fresh controversial after his recent submission on social media, advising young men not to marry a lady that cannot cook.

The renown cleric took to his official Instagram handle to dish out the piece of advice which he feels is an important thing for a young man to look out for before getting married to a lady.

He wrote: “My sons, don’t marry a lady who cannot cook. She needs to know how to do chores and cook because you cannot afford to be eating out all the time.”

However, in the comment section of the post was a heated argument started by a lady who felt the GO should have also encouraged his sons to learn how to cook and not turn their wives into kitchen slaves.

  1. Pastor Adeboye’s messages are for those who consider themselves to be his sons. Now consider the vagabonds who are not one of those who believe in him picking up quarrels and subjecting his message to debased mentality analysis. Do these vampires do the same for imams and traditional rel. worshiper also?. Who says all men and women must have peaceful and solid homes when many grew from separated and broken homes with broken up bringing.? Most African values are in tandem with the scripture. For those who disagree with this isms are on their own and the end shall tell. Any social media also that degrades the message of God stands to be blessed same way.
