“Talk about Education, Health, Fiscal Federalism, not Atiku or Buhari wearing caps in church, Wike or Amaechi sleeping in public”

This Facebook post by my Facebook and real life friend, Obinuch Chims can actually pass for today’s BEST POST. As citizens and politicians, instead of facing the real issues bothering Nigeria. We go about dwelling on irrelevant arguments even to the extent of citizens involving physical confrontation, talking about clone president, dancing Vice president and senator and all manner of IBERIBERISM that will never take us anywhere.

Read what Obinuchi Chims wrote:

“I have restrained my self from writing on political issues since I lost my dear mother. I intended to maintain my cool for one month.”

“However, politicians across party lines in Nigerian are not ready for issue based campaigns. Stop telling me Atiku or Buhari wore a cap in church. We know they are muslins and muslins don’t remove caps while in mosque or church. I have pictures of Atiku and Buhari wearing caps in church.”

“I have pictures of Wike and Amaechi sleeping in public functions. So what? Tell Nigerians what we want to hear, tell us about Education, Health, Fiscal Federalism. Tell us about Restructuring, Resource control, police reorganization etc Profer answers to the nemerious National Questions.”

“Women constitutes half of our population. If they do not have plenty money to compete in elective positions. Ministerial appointments and state Commissioners should be 50:50.”

“I have put pictures of Osibanjo and Atiku exchanging pleasantries to show us that these persons some of us are killing our selves for are friends. Think! think!! think!!!”

He shared the above photo and the ones below to buttress his points.

  1. He made a lot of sense. and I consider the President cloning story as a real distraction from the main issues at.
